  1. If Cramer is going to tout a IPO, like Cloud (CLD) and urge to buy at the 16-18 range, he needs to give more information about “How” to buy. And, he should recognize that for most of us we are not in the “in group) to buy IPOs when first offered.

    In other words, I wasted lots of time trying to track down how to buy and where to buy. He led us to believe it would be on the market Thursday. But, I can’t seem to see that it is listed on the NYSE.
