Toll Brothers CEO Interview

Cramer spoke with Bob Toll, chairman and CEO of Toll Brothers (TOL) about the state of the housing market. Toll told viewers he’s optimistic about the numerous programs the federal government has started to put into place to save the housing market. He said with mortgage rates going to 4.5% and prices of houses down, it might be a strong spring season next year for the house market. Toll explained that his company has plenty of money to lend, but only to buyers who have good credit and put money down. He said overall Toll rates the U.S. housing market a “F.” However, he thinks the market could be getting close to a bottom. Cramer reminded viewers that his call for a housing bottom in the summer of 2009 still stands. He said Toll Brothers would be the first stock he would look to buy.
