Jim Cramer’s Stop Trading! - Buy Sirius Satellite
Cramer told investors to buy Costco (COST) on CNBC’s “Stop Trading!” show Wednesday. He said the stock is rarely put on sale and long-term investors now have an opportunity to get in. Moving on to the merger news for XM Satellite Radio (XMSR) and Sirius Satellite Radio (SIRI), Cramer said the combined companies are going to be a powerhouse. However, he said investors need to be careful because the new company will need to refinance and dilute shareholders, plus pay a $20 million fine. “I am willing to speculate with Sirius,” he said. Cramer recommended buying shares of XTO Energy’s (XTO) secondary offering that is set to price on Wednesday. Finally, Cramer commented on Hudson City Bancorp (HCBK). He said the bank doesn’t have a lot of bad loans because it makes clients put down on average 39% for a home loan. Join the fastest growing community of small cap investors at Stockhideout.com
