Jim Cramer thinks Bank of America (BAC) and Wells Fargo (WFC) should join the proposed bill for covered bonds. He said that if he were them he’d tell legislators, “I like covered bonds, too.” Cramer also expressed skepticism around the idea. “We have to solve our current problems before we worry about the next solution,” he said. Moving onto stocks, he said investors should sell Target (TGT). Cramer also said Verizon (VZ) and AT&T (T) are very hated right now.
