Cramer said start ringing the register on any housing stocks that you may own that operate inside the U.S. There is no stopping Greenspan from destroying the housing market in this country. What then does Cramer recommend? Homex Development Corp. (HXM). The fed can not bulldoze this company because it does business in Mexico. Put worries about investing in Mexico out of your head. HXM has tripled sales in the last 3 years while aquiring CasaBeta. This aquisition is good for the company. Furthermore the Mexican government and banks are starting to give more and more loans to the middle class. This has the market booming in because previously credit was not available to the average person. Your best bet is to find a way to make a fed proof housing investment, and that bet is HXM.

Two callers in this segment:
1. Mike from New York - Is CIB still a good investment? Cramer said that CIB was still a good place for making money. Not as good as when he recommended it awhile back but any country that doesn’t depend on oil for its economy is worth a look.
2. Adam from New York - Where is it good to invest internationally? Cramer went back to the point that he made with the last question. Any economy that doesn’t rely on oil to work is a good place to look.
