Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) popped 7%. Joe Terranova said he would buy the stock around $192 with a stop at $190. Whirlpool Corporation (WHR) popped 9% after the company beat on earnings and raised its 2009 outlook. Steve Grasso said the stock is a buy. Yahoo Inc. (YHOO) popped 2% after on bullish comments from CEO Carol Bartz. Terranova said he would sell this stock now that Carl Icahn has left the board. PNC Financial Services (PNC) soared 17% after the bank said it will repay its TARP loans. Grasso told viewers to stay away because the stock is ahead of itself. CME Group Inc. (CME) surged 9% on speculation the exchange might start clearing credit default swaps as soon as December. Karen Finerman advised viewers to wait and see before jumping in.
DROPS
Computer Associates (CA) fell 5% after the software developer said future revenues look weak. “That’s not good,” said Gary Kaminsky. Barnes & Noble Inc. (BKS) fell 13%. Finerman said the industry is changing and she can’t recommended a brick and motor like BKS.

Terranova said it’s time to get out of Joy Global Inc. (JOYG). Finerman recommended getting long St. Jude Medical Inc. (NYSE:STJ). Grasso said buy Apple Inc.
