Cramer’s Natural Gas Pipeline Play – Williams

Cramer recommended investors pick up shares of natural gas pipeline play Williams Companies (WMB). He explained that as demand for natural gas rises their pipelines and gas infrastructure will be in high demand making the company greater profits. Cramer noted that Williams owns the most valuable pipelines in the U.S., and the company can now expand into the mid-Atlantic, where there are millions of more new customers. The company also plans to build a pipeline from the Rockies to New York City. Cramer said he likes the company’s natural gas exploration segment. He said Williams has 50% of its 2008 production un-hedged, which will allow it to reap big rewards if the price of gas goes much higher.  Join the fastest growing community of small cap investors at Stockhideout.com
