Burzik said KCI shares have been under selling pressure since the company announced a big takeover of LifeCell Corporation. However, the acquisition has given Kinetic Concepts products to treat complex hernias along with breast reconstructive surgery after mastectomies. She said she’s hopeful that Wall Street will soon see the synergies from the acquisition, and when they do the stock will move much higher. Cramer said he wants to see one more quarter of strong results from this company before blessing the shares with a buy call.
