An interview with G-III Apparel Group’s (NASDAQ: GIII) chief executive Morris Goldfarb. Earnings have suffered and Goldfarb, along with analysts, thought that they suffered due to warm weather this winter. Currently they are moving to other clothing with a new product line at Wal-Mart Stores Inc (WMT). They have also added Calvin Kline’s suit business which will keep them in the market year round.

The future seems to be just around the corner. It used to be that you saw science fiction movies with robots replacing people in the workforce, well it seems that we are moving more and more toward that. In North America last year companies ordered over 18,000 robots worth $1.16 billion which is higher by 23% in unit sales and 17% in dollars over the year before. To make money off of this trend look to Emerson (NYSE: EMR) for animation systems and Rockwell Automation (ROK) for controls. Cramer called them “inexpensive stocks” especially after beating numbers last quarter by a lot.

On the rebound are the oil drillers and this leads us to Seitel Inc (SELA:OTC BB) which is unlisted and trades over the counter. Most of the time these stocks are risky and Cramer would stay away but Seitel Inc is not your average Bulletin Board stock. Volume is decent and they are much bigger than the average stock in this group. They will be on the Nasdaq next year and the only reason they are not now is because they are coming out of bankruptcy. After becoming profitable again they will grow into a “cash flow machine” if Cramer is right.

The first three months of 2006 should carry over into the next three months as momentum winners. Stocks rattled off by Cramer were: Akamai Technologies Inc (AKAM), Rackable (NASDAQ: RACK), F5 Networks Inc (FFIV), Citrix Systems (CTXS) and Hansen Natural Corp (HANS). Akamai Technologies Inc, Cramer called “My favorite stock for the second quarter.”
When it comes to Google (GOOG) and the addition to the S&P, Cramer avoided using profanity and simply said, “Anyone who thinks that they can game the addition is blowing …. smoke.”
Financial JPMorgan Chase Co (JPM) and Citigroup Inc (C) are showing that they may be too cheap because even on days when they should go down they still stay strong or go up. Commerce Bancorp (CBH) has been all over Cramer’s tongue lately and he mentioned it yet again in this segment.
Dow Chemical Company (DOW) was downgraded but was it at the wrong time? The stock was trading at a 52-week low, we will let you decide.
Last was Cramer dressed in a pastel shirt welcoming in Spring. The interviewer pointed it out and I just have to say I am not so sure I liked the pastels on Cramer. See you later when we post the show readers.

With the release of the sequel to the Ice Age a possible winner, Cramer thinks this will be a blockbuster for Avid Technology (AVID). Avid Technology makes equipment for filming computer generated movies. A competitor Silicon Graphics Inc (SGID) has dropped out now that 3-D animation is the standard, and nobody specializes in 3-D like Avid Technology.
Akamai Technologies Inc (AKAM) has enabled you to watch live sports on your computer. March Madness has given them the largest download month ever and Cramer only sees the company continuing to succeed. Akamai Technologies Inc is at its 52-week high and investors need to watch for a pull back.
Microsoft (MSFT) has encountered many troubles lately and the most recent is an attack on their Internet browser, this lead Cramer to talk about Symantec Corp (SYMC). This is one of the cheapest Internet security technology businesses out there.
Cramer discussed a number of topics from futures to commodities and this led him to buying BHP Billiton (BHP) for his charitable trust. Be weary of Titanium Metals (TIE) as it may be topped out after shooting up 51% year to date and 432% since last year.
The levee systems repair costs have tripled and for Shaw Group Inc (SGR) and H&E Equipment (HEES) that means much more business.
Bank of America Corp (BAC) and Manulife Financial Corp (MFC) were both referred to as “good stocks” by Cramer. A bank Cramer owns for his trust he claimed had better service and that bank is Commerce Bankcorp (CBH). Cramer thinks Manulife Financial Corp should be grouped with Prudential Financial (PRU) and MetLife Inc (MET) among the top tier insurers.
In January Cramer talked about Votorantim (VCP) and a caller is up $4 on the stock and wondered if he should get out. Seeing as the stock is only a $12 stock this would be hoggish to not take some money off of the table.
A last company that Cramer owns was discussed in ABB Ltd (ABB). He sees the stock moving from $12 to $15. He closed with a little talk on why he discloses the stocks he owns for ethical reasons and so the listener knows which stocks he believes in enough to buy himself.

Cramer gave out his five fast and furious stocks tonight. These are stocks that Cramer believes could produce big returns for investors as momentum plays. The lucky five are as follows; Rackable Systems (NASDAQ: RACK), Akamai Technologies Inc (AKAM), F5 Networks Inc (FFIV), Citrix Systems (CTXS), and Network Appliances Inc (NTAP). Cramer also cautioned investors to be careful with these hot names and make sure to do your homework.
RACK-makes equipment to keep servers cool. Google (GOOG) is a huge customer.
AKAM-makes the technology that allows for companies to stream music and movies on the web.
FFIV-controls internet traffic and operates in internet security.
CTXS-makes a PC anywhere product.
NTAP-data storage company.

After raising estimates on Monday, Manitowoc Company (MTW) jumped quite a bit and this should cause others in the same field to jump also. Last summer Cramer recommended Caterpillar Inc (CAT) and Terex Corp (TEX) also and both are doing good business. He wanted to reiterate his buy call on these, but the money is in a stock that hasn’t been tapped yet, H&E Equipment (HEES). This company came public two months ago, they rent, sell, and maintain heavy equipment for construction. While H&E Equipment maintains a lot of debt they did the IPO to help on capacity. If you missed the jump on Manitowoc Company, Caterpillar Inc, or Terex Corp get in now on H&E Equipment.
Will H&E Equipment help in the rebuild after Katrina? Cramer says look at H&E Equipment to get business. Will these companies continue to do well with the current status of the housing market? There may be a small slowdown but other areas of business such as commercial and government work will help them continue to do well. Do negative assets cause concern with these companies? Cramer thinks they could easily clear things up by issuing primary stock and raising huge money just like Google (GOOG) did recently.

Cramer asks us, “Why do you want to make money?” to start the show. His reason is so we can show off and capitalize on our own worst in that we want to feel superior to others. This leads to the bling bling in Movado Group Inc (MOV). They make expensive watches that retail from $55 to $18,000. Right now the business is “en fuego.” Accessories are hot and they are the only high end company that hasn’t moved up as much as they should in the high end market. Movado Group Inc has remarkable execution also with 12 straight quarters on or above estimates. They have made deals with high end boutiques to start distributing more watches by fall also. China also looks to become a player in this market in the future leaving more room to grow. Should investors be concerned over Movado Group Inc’s boutiques not being profitable? Cramer thinks that they are just in the investment stage when it comes to these boutiques and in the future they will pay off big.
Who else looks to benefit from China in the future? Home Depot Inc (HD), Timberland Company (TBL), Best Buy Co Inc (BBY), and Starbucks (SBUX).
